Synopsis
At 97 years of age and from a nursing home in the state of Jalisco, Alicia de Vizcarrondo offers her final description of the Barcelona she left behind and the Guadalajara that welcomed her when she had to exile here during the Spanish military dictatorship. Within the resistance processes of women, this nostalgic story explores the reconstruction of identity and at the same time it is a visual essay on the women of both countries from the 1920’s to the present day.
